WOOD FIRE TOASTING MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

Fire toasted Beans provide accelerated extraction unlike larger oak adjuncts like Segments or Staves. They deliver the same complex taste components and enhance complexity, structure and spicy notes in your wines, spirits and beers. They can also be conveniently used with Infusion Tubes in neutral barrels. The recommended contact time  is approximately one month.

Speed and flexibility are very important in certain areas of the production. This is where this premium product really stands out.

Alternatively - although a completely different product in the manufacturing process - we recommend our various Oak Chips made of French and American oak.
